Group Product Manager, Central AI
I was a founding member of Atlassian's Central AI team and the founding PM lead for Rovo, Atlassian's AI product. I signed the first enterprise customers and led them through to success, including on stage at Atlassian Team '25 in Barcelona, where panelists from Opella, Honeywell, and Mercedes-Benz shared how Rovo was transforming how their teams worked.
My focus spanned responsible AI deployment, enterprise adoption, semantic search, AI experience design, and agentic workflow automation. I worked at the intersection of product, engineering, and go-to-market, building AI experiences that teams actually trust and use.
This role was impacted by Atlassian's March 2026 restructure, which affected 1,600 roles globally.
Group Product Manager, Jira Platform
Led a team of Product Managers across the Jira Platform, owning domains including Field Configuration, Permissions, and Workflows. My teams crafted administration experiences, owned critical backend APIs, and led microservices decomposition projects to improve scalability, performance, and developer experience.
Senior & Principal Product Manager, Jira Cloud Platform
Joined Atlassian in Sydney as a Senior PM on the Jira Cloud Platform team, working on foundational capabilities that power Jira at global scale. I progressed to Principal Product Manager for Jira Permissions, then into a Group PM role through Atlassian's Emerging Manager Program.
A major achievement was leading a company-wide initiative to improve Jira Cloud performance, coordinating across multiple teams and hundreds of engineers, delivering a 30% improvement within a year.
Beyond the product role
I co-founded Atlassian's first DEI hiring initiative in partnership with Talent Beyond Boundaries, designing and running a PM interview and hiring process for displaced skilled refugees. The initiative led to a displaced Afghan refugee securing both a role at Atlassian and Permanent Residency in Australia.
I also represented Atlassian on stage globally: speaking at Atlassian Team '24 in Las Vegas on building AI experiences, moderating customer panels at Team '25 in Barcelona and Anaheim, and speaking at Team on Tour events in Tokyo and Seoul.
